Green - Blue Belts , 16:00-17:00 

Adults

White - Yellow Belts 17:30 - 18:00

Blue - Black Belts 18:00 - 18:30

All adults and School Black Belts demonstration 18:30 - 19:30

end of the seminar will be available at school for all participants snacks and drinks
